Request the Voucher

Go to the official Reparaturbonus website, fill the form, and receive a voucher that will allow you to receive up to 50% refund for your repair costs
STEP 2

Visit the HELFERLINE Service Shop

Bring your gadget and the Reparaturbonus voucher to the HELFERLINE Service Shop and get your tech repaired. After the payment, we send the application to the officials to get your refund with your voucher for you.
STEP 3

Recieve the refund

Voila! The refund will be transferred to the bank account that you specified when you applied for the Reparaturbonus.
